Upon purchase of any digital goods (including but not limited to FiveM packs, mods, crosshairs, and software tools), the license key or file is instantly delivered or rendered accessible. Once access is granted, the product cannot be "returned," and thus, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
For direct 1-on-1 services (such as PC Optimization, input lag reduction, and game tweaking), you are compensating for the time, expertise, and labor provided by our team. Because the time and knowledge rendered cannot be reclaimed, these services are strictly non-refundable once the service has commenced.
Any attempt to unlawfully chargeback or dispute a transaction after receiving your digital product or service will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Original Services platforms, hardware ID (HWID) blacklisting from our software, and we reserve the right to submit all relevant logs, IP addresses, and Discord communication to the payment gateway to contest the dispute.
